Ron Thompson is practically one of the founders of Simple Weddings and has been officiating weddings since we started. He brings a laid back style to his weddings and is known for going the extra mile to make his weddings a success.

Ron grew up in St Petersburg and is a long-time resident of St Pete Beach, where he works as a real estate agent for Resort Realty. He is married and has two children.

Trent Manke is an experienced wedding officiant who brings a lighthearted and jovial attitude to his weddings. He is married to Kelly (our coordinator!) and has two beautiful children.

Trent is originally from Michigan (and remains a loyal Michigan State fan), but has lived in Florida for almost 20 years. He also works as a Respiratory Therapist in the Tampa Bay area.

Dani Skrzypek moved to St. Petersburg in 1995 and now can’t imagine ever leaving the beaches and year-round gardens. After 20 years working as a clinical social worker, she became a Licensed Notary and Universal Life Minister.

Dani has been performing wedding ceremonies since 2007. She lives with her partner of 22 years, a brilliant dog and a psychotic cat. She has two grown sons and three grandchildren. Dani has a laid back style that helps ease couple’s nervousness and helps them truly enjoy their wedding. “I really love weddings and feel honored to be part of such beautiful moments!”

Amber is a co-owner of Simple Weddings, where she serves as Director of Operations. She is also an ordained minister (non-denominational) who frequently performs interfaith ceremonies. Amber provides officiant services for all couples, regardless of gender. Whether you’re planning a traditional sacred ceremony, a modern civil union or an anniversary vow renewal, Amber will customize a ceremony to reflect your story as a couple. Her ceremonies tend to be personal and sentimental, often incorporating rituals such as hand-fasting, knot-tying or unity sand. Your ceremony language can be as fun or formal as you want.

In addition to her services as a wedding officiant, Amber is a trained makeup artist, having worked for such prestige cosmetics lines as Estee Lauder and Clinique. She specializes in bridal, glamour, pinup and theater makeup. Brides frequently choose Amber to provide both makeup and officiant services for their weddings.

Anthony is a co-owner of Simple Weddings, where he serves as Director of Sales & Marketing. He is also one of our wedding coordinators. Anthony believes the most valuable thing we do as wedding planners is to make the wedding day and entire planning process as fun and relaxed as possible.

“There are few things in life that I enjoy more than being a part of a couple’s special day. It brings a smile to my face and warms my heart knowing that we’ve helped create a beautiful wedding for our brides, grooms, and their families”, says Anthony.

Anthony brings to Simple Weddings over 15 years of product marketing experience in the fashion-driven Juvenile Products Industry. Many of the products he helped bring to market are in use by moms and dads around the world today.

Rick Davis  is ordained thru a non denominational church.  Ministry runs in the family.  Two other family  members are pastors in Indiana and Mississippi..  Rick is also a notary public.  He loves  to perform both non-religious and religious wedding ceremonies in Manatee and Pinellas Counties.  Rick is a nationally-known horseman and has a beautiful Ranch in Palmetto Florida .

George Doumanian Jr. is a Wedding Officiant and resident of Dunedin, Florida. He has had the privilege of officiating over 500 ceremonies for over 10 years throughout Tampa Bay and Clearwater.

Born and raised in Venezuela, Belkys has spent over 35 years living in the beautiful state of Florida. With more than 25 years of experience as a professional translator, she takes pride in helping people connect through language.  Now, Belkys has embarked on a new adventure with beach ceremonies combining her love for the beach with the joy of celebrating special occasions.
