Cay Pointe Villa is located in Indian Rocks Beach, FL (between Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach).   This beautiful, beachfront vacation home can accommodate up to 75 guests for a beach wedding and outdoor reception. It features a large patio and grassy courtyard that overlook a gorgeous white sand beach.

Cay Pointe Villa sleeps up to 18 guests and is divided into (1) three bedroom unit and (3) two bedroom units, each with a private entrance.   It ideal for groups that want to stay in the same location, but prefer a little privacy.  We offer beach house wedding packages at Cay Pointe Villa that include planning, day-of coordination, photography, bamboo canopy, seating, music, decor, catering, and more!  Check out our slideshow!
