Beach House Day-of Coordination

Beach House Day-of Coordination Package $1800.

  • Includes up to 6 hours of planning time prior to your wedding
  • Day-of coordination team: Coordinator plus 2 assistants for up to 8 hours on the day of your event.
  • 2-3 hours of prep / setup time, 4-5 hours for your ceremony & reception and an hour of cleanup time on your wedding day (8 hrs total Additional hours available for an added fee).
  • Coordinating a rehearsal to ensure all participants are familiar with the schedule, their positions and responsibilities.
  • Access to Simple Weddings preferred vendor list.

Services provided by your coordination team include: 

  • Creating a timeline for your vendors and wedding party
  • Confirming all details with your chosen vendors 2-3 days prior to wedding
  • Ensuring the set up of your tables, chairs, linens and décor is complete and all vendors and deliveries are in place
  • Greeting guests, distributing programs, and ushering guests to seats as needed
  • Managing the flow of the ceremony to ensure guests are seated on time, parents and wedding party are in place and music starts/stops at the appropriate times
  • Managing the reception timeline to ensure entrances, special dances, bouquet toss, cake-cutting, etc. occur on time
  • Obtaining necessary permits (permit fee may apply) and ensuring all activities remain within the guidelines set forth by the venue and city ordinances
  • Assisting with cleanup and teardown of tables, chairs, décor and restoring the venue to the proper condition.
