Sunset Beach House

The Sunset Beach House on Treasure Island’s aptly named Sunset Beach is a unique wedding and reception venue in that it can accommodate up to 100 guests for a reception. It is also very suitable for smaller groups and has a gorgeous white sand beach and a large sandy courtyard area directly behind the house.

Located in a picturesque residential area at 8584 West Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, the home sleeps up to 20 guests and is divided into (3) one bedroom, one bath units and (1) three bedroom, two bath unit for a total of 6 bedrooms and five baths. Each “unit” has a private entrance, making it ideal for couples or family groups that want to stay in the same location, but prefer a little privacy. There is parking available for about 10 cars. Larger groups will require a valet service or other transportation arrangements.

There is a four night minimum stay for a wedding. There is also a security deposit required to hold your reservation, which is returned following an inspection of the property after you check out.
