Somerset Beach House

The Somerset Beach House is an affordable property on North Clearwater Beach that sleeps up to 28 guests. Though not located directly on the beach, the home is situated just a short walk (about 50 yards) from a beach access, and tends to be more affordable than some of our beachfront properties due to its location.

However, the home has an incredible courtyard for a reception with up to 45 people, and has an over sized outdoor jacuzzi that will seat almost as many! It is a great option for those who want the beach house wedding experience, but have a limited amount to spend on the rental property.  For rates and availability, please visit the property website.
